Stairs - Getting Ready for Backpacking

Backpacking season is coming and I need to get in shape so I will be doing stairs every Tuesday night starting at 6 pm.

Bring a water bottle, wear your hiking boots and challenge yourself by putting some weight in your pack.

This is a great workout for lungs and legs.

 

 

 

THIS IS WEATHER DEPENDENT AND WILL BE CANCELED IF SNOWING OR RAINING FOR SAFETY REASONS.

You are fully aware that organizers are not professional guides and by your R.S.V.P you assume all responsibility for your safety and well-being.You are fully prepared with proper gear and you're physically fit to do this hike with the group.
