Backpacking season is coming and I need to get in shape so I will be doing stairs every Tuesday night starting at 6 pm.
Bring a water bottle, wear your hiking boots and challenge yourself by putting some weight in your pack.
This is a great workout for lungs and legs.
THIS IS WEATHER DEPENDENT AND WILL BE CANCELED IF SNOWING OR RAINING FOR SAFETY REASONS.
