I need to get some heavy training in for the West Coast Trail!! Come join me & you too can train for your upcoming trips.
Depending on the group, we'll go for a pint afterwards to "rehydrate".
Bring a water bottle, wear your hiking boots and challenge yourself by putting some weight in your pack.
This is a great workout for lungs and legs.
