Forget-Me-Not Ridge Easy to Moderate T3 Hike

You will need a pair of shoes to ford the river other than hiking boots. Crocks work great.

Forget Me Not Ridge is located 40 minutes west of the City of Calgary across the Elbow River near Little Elbow Campground. Views of Moose MountainNihahi Ridge, Prairie Mountain, Powder Face Ridge, Mount Glasgow, Mount Cornwall, Outlaw Peak, Banded Peak and Mount Romulus are stunning. The  summit also offers a classic transitional view of prairies to mountains with the city of Calgary visible on the eastern horizon. Looking down you can view both the Elbow and Little Elbow River valleys.

This intended to be a slow leisurely hike with no rush to get the top . If your up to enjoying one off the last weekends in the mountains your welcome to come along.

Please be sure you are prepared and properly equipped for this hike.

Waiver: Your consent is required for attending this event. You will be asked to provide the name and number of an emergency contact. Please read the Waiver by clicking HERE. I will bring the group waiver form with me to the trailhead. You must sign it before you will be allowed to go on this hike so please make sure you read it before you come to the trailhead.

Your Host is a volunteer and not a trained guide. All participants are responsible for assessing the current road, weather, and trail conditions for the trip; and, you are responsible for your safety and well-being. You are fully prepared with proper gear, food and water, personal First-aid and you're physically fit to do this hike with the group.
