Weekend at the Lake Louise Hostel
Sherbrooke lake Off-Trail snowshoeing.
( Lake Louise Hostel Trip attendees only please ).
Off-trail snowshoeing, no beginners!
12km (or more) return and about 400 meters of elevation gain.
We'll take the trail from time to time but it is planned as an Off Trail snowshoe trip for the whole day!
We'll go whereever I am pleased with depending on snow condition and avalanche risk! If I don't like it, we'll make other plans!
Be prepared to "loop around"
Be prepared to have fun.
This is a strenuous trip as we should break trail depending on snow condition but expect a good work out.
NO BEGINNERS, must be fit and understand the meaning of "crazy snowshoeing"!

Warm waterproof boots.
Appropriate winter clothing piled on in layers so you can de-layer as required should be quick/easy drying breathable clothing(Try to avoid cotton especially jeans).
