Online IDEA Startup Workshop

Each Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 5 p.m. Mountain time, we share startup experience, fresh ideas, and information about startup. WE SEND MEETUP.COM MESSAGES OUT EACH TUESDAY MORNING, IF WE DON'T HAVE 2 OR 3 RSVPs by NOON WE CANCELL FOR THAT DAY, BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL THE STARTUP LINE [masked]-1447.

Attending this online session gives people who can't make it to metro-Denver an idea of how IDEA Startup Workshops work before deciding whether to start one with your local chamber or other group, it's the next best thing to being in one of our face-to-face sessions.

Join us if you want to start in a new direction with your work, or if you help those who are starting a new business.

The 7 who RSVP "Yes" will be emailed a link to be at the video roundtable 5 minutes before a link is posted here right at 4 p.m.

Or you can just watch the Hangout via our Small Business Chamber Google+ Site or on YouTube.com or a link right here when the meeting starts.

Today's session will be personally led by John Wren, founder & CEO of the Small Business Chamber of Commerce. John has decades of experience with startups and people starting new careers. He started IDEA Cafe Startup Workshops in Denver nearly 20 years ago, 5280 Magazine says Wren's workshops have "infused Denver with an entrepreneurial spirit."

Wren has formed your Small Business Chamber to help startups across Colorado and beyond, in cooperation with local chambers, other groups,  and local community newspapers. There is a lot of information about him online, and his book is on Amazon--Google "John Wren Daring Mighty Thing."  He's also on Facebook, Linked In, Google+, and Twitter @JohnSWren

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
