If I haven't heard from you on your entree selection - NM needs this information in order to have the luncheon run smoothly.
And I need it to confirm your space. Are you still coming????

If you are not able to make the luncheon: another lady may want to go but because it’s posted “sold out” they may not inquire. So, please be courteous and let me know if you are not coming.

Just talked to the chef. He needs a count for the food. He’ll be emailing me the menu “hopefully” by Monday. I’ll forward it to all of you. Please email me back at what you will be ordering. That way he can have a pre-count of how many of each dish he’ll be serving. Thank you.

Idea time: I’m going to be approaching some local merchants to donate door prizes (no raffles, no money, free door prizes). It gives the merchants advertisement and us a door prize (win/win situation). If anyone want’s to approach a merchant that you frequent (restaurant, nail salon, shop, etc...), and they donate a door prize, it will make the event all the more exciting.
I’d like to put ladies names (or numbered tickets) in a box and draw for choice of door prizes. Once you win, your number/name is out of the box. This give us all a chance to win something.
What do you think? Would you like to help out with this?
My gym, I believe will be donating a free 30 day membership. I just ran it by the owner and he’s excited (likes the idea). So I think other merchants will too. Please let me know?

The event is $30.00 per person and that includes tax and tip. I tried to get all info from Megan (PR Neiman Marcus) last week but the chef was unavailable. I'm going to call Megan on Monday to set an appointment to sit down with them on the details. I'll be posting everything then. The cost is already set at $30.00 per person. That will not change. I believe everyone will be paying Neiman Marcus upon arrival (cash or credit card (?)) I'll go over that with Megan, too. Ladies are just paying for their lunch. I'm making the name tags and paying for the door prizes out of my own pocket (a few small door prizes). A holiday gift from me. If anyone want’s to donate a door prize it would be welcome but not necessary. I'm doing this just for the fun of it!

11 ladies from Smart, Strong, Successful Women’s Group.
2 ladies from outside groups.

Ladies Luncheon Update:
We have 9 ladies from Tri-Vally Women's Social Group, 6 ladies from Smart, Strong, Successful Women’s Group, myself, and 2 ladies from outside the groups. That’s 18 so far and the luncheon has only been posted 5 days! Leaving only 6 more spaces left.
After we get 24 total, I’ll start a wait list for cancelations.
Just talked to Meghan (PR Neiman Marcus), not an option to extend space, so 24 ladies is our limit. Sorry.

Just started putting it together. Have a set price but speaking with Megan (PR Manager at Neiman’s) at 12 noon today. Will be talking with Santana (Chef) about the Menu sometime soon.

One question to all: I'm making everyone a name tag and need to know what you prefer to be called. Some ladies have nicknames, so please let me know what you want on the tag. Thank You.
