pretty fun some minor problems with people being dumb but still fun
0 · July 21, 2013
Did you have the same people as me. I swear on some battles I was hitting people and they are not calling their hits.
1 · July 22, 2013
that was deff going on Seriona! Some people just can't play with honor! As I was sniperin from tower 4 I hit this dude like 4 times from a distance and he kept looking around for me as I watch my bbs fly and tag him! Ggggrrrrr some people shouldn't play if cheating is there thing!
0 · July 22, 2013
Unfortunately, those things do happen. In that case, ID him and report him to one of the admins! If the cheating continues, he will be expelled! More than a handful of people have already been kicked out!
Well I could not prove that I was hitting people. Like I would shoot at someones face for example and I would think I hit them but not able to confirm it so I never bothered to tell someone about it. But I plan on bring a helmet camera for future games.
Haha someone probably thought I wasn't calling my hits in TDM. Myself and another person were posted up behind two white boards in the woods, and there was mesh blocking all of the bbs :). So I just want to clarify that I wasn't getting hit, the shots were getting blocked/deflected by the net :)
Keep in mind people that often times the person may not feel the hit. With all the loadout some of the guys wear, I'm surprised they can feel anything short of a skin shot. Add to that a guy moving through branches and maybe concentrating on firing his own weapon and you have honest denial. I've had guys tell me that they were sure they hit me and I could honestly say that I never felt the hit. For whatever reason. Last game I unloaded on a partially exposed target with a good stream of BB's and half way through he fired back and I called hit. Sure felt that one of mine must have hit the mark too......but maybe not. I know there are always going to be some people that neglect to acknowledge a hit, but don't paint everyone you think you hit as a dishonest player. Unless you see the BB or BB's bouncing off someone or the guy jerking with every hit...maybe you really did miss or he really didn't feel it. I guess the phrase is "presumed innocent".
The best indicator when observing cheating is indeed the jerking of a player who still wouldn't call his hit! Needless to say, that's the reason I like a high ROF (rate of fire) to compensate for various "variables" during an airsoft game... }:-)\

Then there's that issue when people shoot you when you've called your hit, you've got your gun/hands in the air, and I even saw some deadmen with dead-rags on still getting shot...
1 · July 28, 2013
That happened to me a few times, but I think it was because people would blind fire into the bushes and here "hit" and assume there are more enemies around the person
0 · July 28, 2013
Which is a fair and smart thing to assume.
c'mon guys we need more lights
We did? I thought we from the Light team crushed the Dark dudes? *LOL* Actually, it's not just about numbers, but about organization -- and I have to admit that there were more newbies on the dark team, who were therefore not as organized in their moves as the Light team. I observed (while taking pictures) that a lot of players from the Dark team were running solo instead of moving in squads.
2 · July 21, 2013
I work better on my own.
Yeah the "light team" shined. Better weapons (in general), better teamwork, better knowledge of the area, more experience as a group. The "dark team" had no organized airsoft group and a lot (close to a third or more by hands raised) of new players (the "Black Hoodie" team). Kind of like the Rebel Alliance against the Federation. With not enough "alliance". That's the way the dice rolled this weekend. Still fun. Especially tag, when dark vs light ceases to exist.
I'll be bringing my A&K SR25 for if any wants to buy it

do you have low cap mags for it?
0 · July 16, 2013
I couldn't find any online
I also didn't look to hard for low cap mags cause I wasn't planning on using it in a milsim game till recently but I'm using a M4 for that game

Great day!! + Weather, action, and sportsmanship!! The game after the game was also killer (Flea)!!
Great day for a game and some great games for the day. Again, especially liked the pistol/shotgun tag game as did many others. Most of us don't get to use our pistols or shotguns much in the usual battles. It's pretty much an AEG dominated game. More people would invest in pistols/shotguns if they knew there were going to be more chances of using them. Would like to see us play a couple of the P/S Tag games since they go so fast. Wasn't the one we played about 10 minutes?
Thank you everybody for coming! Weather today was perfect for airsofting! People played amazingly fair although we had plenty of new faces -- even a group from Leavenworth! A big thanks to Andrew for representing AirSplat and holding a raffle!
I just uploaded over 190 photos. As usual, please tag the people you know on the photos, and if you wish to have the full-resolution image, send me a PM.
Enjoy -- and we hope to see everyone again next time!
Dude where were you!?!?! I was hoping to see some Army/Kempo mixed combat out there today!
0 · July 20, 2013
Great game types. The search and destroy mission became more of a defenders game however it was great.
Great day! I had a blast! Clean playing and no complaints. Thanks airsplat for the G17!!!
Awesome day for airsoft. Had a blast. See you all next time
I lost two pistol mags for a colt 1911, they are black tall and thin. I lost one near tower 3 during the drug raid game and the second during the five man team in the area that Nipples were battling. If you found them, please let me know.
1 · July 20, 2013
damn that suck bro! \
Yeah, if I do any kind of "hard core" combat movement, the button my pistol gets pressed against my chest so the mag just falls out. I went ahead and bought two more to replace the ones I lost but I think I am going to just tap them in for future games.
Had a very good time as usaul and brought a few first timers and they definitely plan on coming again because they had a blast.
Good game!! Pretty dope field!! I got in some greats shots and was shot by some impressive accuracy! The sniper in tower 4 last game ended my wrath!! next time mofo!! next time!! lol C YOU ALL NEXT TIME! thanks Andrew from airsoft for the raffle again! Much appreciated!
Aside from shooting all my team mates and getting demolished by TITS, that was a pretty amazing day.
who's ready to get stomped? lets do this!!!
1 · July 19, 2013

Dark team. Stop by our tent for some Free BB's courtesy of Airsplat!
1 · July 16, 2013
I mean anyone should stop by. not just dark team
How many bbs??????
0 · July 17, 2013
And how heavy are they?
Free indeed. But sadly the teams not going to be out as a group this time. Hardcore will be there with a couple guests. But the "team" won't be. Sorry But next time I will have a pile of BBs for you all. I will see if I can get some battle packs from bioshot.
The rules say that I need biodegradable .2's. Being new, I'm not sure what this means, does it mean .2mm bb's?
Airsoft BBs are 6mm. .2 means .2 grams, and you can use .23g, .25g, etc, but they need to be biodegrabable.
Okay, thanks for clearing that up. I do have the bios, but I didn't understand the .2. Thanks!
0.20 is the BB's mass, meaning 0.20 grams. Depending on your weapon's FPS, the mass can either help or hinder range.
Bottom line: It doesn't matter to us what weight you use, as long as they're BioDeg.
Steven, odd are your weapon used 6 MM BB's. I rarely see weapons use 8 MM. But depending on what you are using. Pistols usually ask for .12 grams. AEG rifles and shotguns ask for .2 and snipers ask for .3. But you can ultimately put whatever you want.
I have never seen 0.12 g BBs.
@Mason: Then you might want to visit Walmart... *LOL*
1 · July 18, 2013
.2g is the lightest bb you can use. Anything heavier is fine, just make sure they are biodegradable. There are .2,.23,.25,.28,.3,.32,.36,.4,.43. and some obscure ones in between and following. ,2g are the cheapest since they usually charge per kilogram, and you get more .2g in a kg than .25 (obviously). Although they tend to curve a lot in the air. never use .12g bb's. Even springers work better with .2g
AIRSPLAT! Please only offer biodegradable BB's for sale at airsoft matches. The rules state only Bio BB's allowed and with good reason. But the non-bios that you sell and give away at the matches are most surely being used in the matches, thereby breaking the rules of the meet up group. I question calling your sponsored team the "Green Army Airsoft", if your peddling and using non bio BB's (unless of course they are all Irish-if so, never mind the last issue). I believe the bio issue is worthy of its own string, but this one was already started.

Is therle anyone in the Bellingham area willing to carpool? I will gladly help out with gas. My car is in the shop, having the transmission replaced. It's for me and my one friend.
Hey fish If We bring Some sectors do you think we could do a sector control game?
Dood that would be sick I hope so
I won't be able to go to this weeks game but I look forward to going another time. The reason I can't go is because I have a family function.
Change of plans i'm going

Paintball station in going dark
Dark! All be looking for a pistol to buy if anyone has a well rounded no leaks Gbb there looking to part with or trade for g&g soc 16 m14?
ya just joined and went to open play and had a blast looking to get the same out of this
Dark, as usual.
0 · July 13, 2013
we need to do a multiple objective game like the one at open play where we had the board and marked them off
0 · July 7, 2013
That actually was really epic.It was known as the "Board Game."
Is there a form I have to sign?
0 · July 12, 2013
There is a safety waiver you will have to sign once, you can either get it at the Paintball Station's website, or ask for one on-site.
Why is it so expensive? Also do you have to have a full mask and bio degradable bb's? Also what is the max fps that we can use?
0 · July 8, 2013
Answer to most of your questions.
0 · July 10, 2013
its pretty much the only field to airsoft at (on a regular basis) for 60+ miles. and people are willing to pay that much to play there. supply and demand bro
0 · July 11, 2013
Don't overlook DoodleBug Sports, now.
well im going to overlook it anyways
In my opinion, DBS locations aren't as awesome as Paintball Station. And $20 for about 6 hours of awesome is a pretty good deal.
I would like to attend but I only have one gun - a new G&G CM16 - I'm worried it will come in over 400 fps. Is changing out the spring something that can be done quickly in the field? Would there be anybody that could help me through this?
not something that you can do quickly, and most CM16s clock in at about 350fps out of the box. So i wouldnt be too worried. Retailers like to overshoot the capabilities of airsoft guns in order to make them seem better. Even though velocity really has nothing to do with performance
Me and my guest are planning on going light (multicam) but we could go dark if needed
