epic everyone is nice and kicks but in airsoft
0 · April 21, 2013
Tag was the best, i think we should do that game style more often. Mostly because it almost always has more action in the forest, which i find to be more fun than the city.
Had a blast.Good weather and good fun. Hope to see all in May.
Thanks Jawz/Trevor for taking some sweet action photos!! (like this comment if appreciate their photos)

First time at PBS. Had a blast! Weather was perfect and very good sportsmanship! Will be back for more!
0 · April 20, 2013
Great sportsmanship and very nice attendance. I enjoyed the weather and had fun.
Thanks everybody for coming out! The weather gods were gracious, and all you Klingons out there would have agreed that it was indeed "a good day to die!" :D
I just uploaded over 180 photos. So please let the airsoft community know who you are and tag yourselves in the photos.
If anybody wishes to have the high-resolution version of a certain picture, please send me a PM with the photo # (*not* the file name of the picture): something like "number 18 of 184."
Enjoy -- and again, thank you for coming out!
Lucked out with great weather today! First time at PBS - it was way cool! Had a lot of fun! Thanks to Fish, Jawz and everybody that made it happen!!!
Super weather, fun games, good players/sportsmanship ... man did I need that. Thanks as always to Fish and crew, good times!

Great action all day and a great turnout.
Was a good day to die. Team tag was ridiculous, I had a great time walking up to people like I was on their team and tapping them with my pistol. Until the people I tapped decided to yell that they switched teams...come on guys!
Weather held up, and the one objective match was entertaining. TOWER FOUR FOR THE WIN!
Who talked to me about the mk43, give me a call at[masked]
Sorry all, my wife woke up ill so I had to stay home to take care of our son. My apologies to all the Mad Dawg PBA fans expecting to get to see the unveiling of our store's first custom gun. The gun will be available for display/purchase later today, however, so drop by our store before it's gone!
I will be late if I decide to come. Forecast says showers starting at 3pm so it should be good.
We'll be a little late im picking up some extra people since there are spots open
Medical emergency. Next time
Will Jawz be there tomorrow?
I'll be there! ;)
Anyone interested in a A&K MK43? mine is for sale.or trade has a tbb shoots[masked] with .2 and has adjustable rof. Looking for E1 MTC3, M14 EBR or maybe something else who knows. Cash is always king, asking 230.

0 · April 19, 2013
That is possible -- and we will make note of those people who RSVP, but do not show up (which is obviously rude!). Come on, a little bit of rain is part of playing airsoft! Just bring some dry clothes and a towel!
1 · April 19, 2013
yeah i know i dont mind rain i grew up here and i prefer it over sun....i just want to know because in the past people have left really early or not show up cuz of it
I'm looking to join an airsoft team I was wondering if anyone is in one

If anyone has 2 spots that they can give up for any reason that would be awesome
0 · April 17, 2013
It looks like the 2 of us won't make it Saturday. But if we un RSVP, I would think the spots would go to the next 2 on the list.
sounds good thanks for letting me know
Hey Chief, if you'll be in attendance this weekend will you have any .40g bb's for sale?
0 · April 16, 2013
I'm replying on behalf of Chief, he'll be there with .40s

Ruff here, from Mad Dawg Airsoft
We would like to announce that we will be unveiling and SELLING our very first custom airsoft gun at the Snohomish County Airsoft Group meetup this Saturday, April 20, at Paintball Station. Chief and I hope that this project showcases the ability of Mad Dawg Paintball & Airsoft to provide our airsoft community with quality products, as well as our desire to give players something unique that they can be proud of. This Mad Dawg special will be one of a kind, and we hope that it will act as the predecessor to many more custom guns coming from our store. SO, have your wallets handy this Saturday, visit the Mad Dawg Airsoft trailer, and try to be the first to claim this awesome gun!
The majority of the details are being kept under wraps, but sneak peaks at some of the parts going in the gun can be found on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mad-Dawg-Paintball-Airsoft/244490765561153

If i have multi cam pants and jacket but have every thing eles in od can i still be on dark team
0 · April 5, 2013
As far as I know your team is based on the majority of your camo pattern. I would not expect to be on the dark team due to the fact that your vest or whatnot is part of your gear and not part of your person.
0 · April 7, 2013
Aaron get more black, or woodland as far as I know all of that would be light. I can probable sell you some woodlan or you can go to a surplus store to get some
@Aaron: Obviously, the separation between dark and light is to establish *distinct* teams. Although people have worn mixed camos in the past, we highly recommend to wear colors that are easily distinguishable as either "light" or "dark." It has been a huge source of frustration to either get shot by team mates who didn't know to which you belonged or be shot by people who wore neither plain "light" or "dark" colors! So please do everyone a favor and stick to either one. On a side note: If you do play airsoft on a regular basis and at different events, it is worthwhile to carry at least two types of camos (light and dark) in your closet. I personally have 6 different camos depending on the event and have used them all!
@Jawz, have you guys considered using arm bands? I was at the last event and the color system is still quite confusing, I remember boulder sneaking around near our (dark) spawn knifing people in the exact same ghillie suit as one of our teammates.
@Adam... I was the sniper on your team. Unfortunately when it comes to snipers, we hide our arm bands when they are used! So sometimes we get shot by our own team, and other times can sneak around the other team.
@Adam: I hear what you're saying about armbands. We are trying to stay away from them because (a) you would need two of them for proper ID (depending on how the player is positioned), and most importantly (b) we are not PAINTBALLERS! *LOL* That's also the reason why we do not use inflatable objects, which are much easier to transport instead of heavy real-life oil barrels and lovingly painted missile crates! As far as armbands for snipers go, those guys are a special case. Since snipers are supposed to hide (so nobody sees them), armbands don't really serve a purpose. Snipers do risk to be shot at by team mates, and that's why in a *proper* / *coordinated team movement, you know where your team's sniper is. But discussing the function of a sniper is another extensive topic that has been done in many other threads before. As you know, simply having a ghillie suit and a sniper rifle doesn't make you a *real* sniper...
3 · April 7, 2013
I understand where you're coming from, but even from a milsim standpoint armbands could make sense. In real life combat that is not guerrilla warfare (i.e. organized military on both sides), soldiers can be identified by uniform, emblems, ir patches, chemlights, etc but none of those are consistent in airsoft. Colored armbands would serve as a standard of team recognition; I really don't think light/dark camo is enough.
A simple solution is to just commit yourself to the system we have in place. You wanna be on the light team? Do what I did; buy desert MARPAT and a tan vest wear a tan hat/mask and tan boots. What did it cost me? Maybe $75 for everything. Wanna be on the dark team? Buy black everything or woodland BDU/MARPAT. The system would work much more smoothly if everyone made a conscious effort to make themselves distinct.

@MJ: Couldn't have said it better! There's really no need to make things more complicated. ;)
0 · April 9, 2013
@MJ @Jawz point taken, and I just got my order from 5.11 tactical for my civ loadout... it would be great, though, if there were concrete rules on what constituted light and dark, and that disallowed mixing light and dark gear.
@Adam: Good suggestions. I'll bring it up in our team discussion.
1 · April 9, 2013
On the group forum there is a list of camos for each team. The only camo that is switchable is ATACS-FG since T.I.T.S. wears it almost exclusively and fish will usually ask them to play for the undermanned team. I would like to see the "no mixing" rule enforced as well, however there will always be first timers who are unaware of the restriction. The best thing to do is for us to follow it as an "unwritten rule" knowing that it facilitates the flow of the game.
@MJ: I think that's where the problem is: it's "unwritten." Once there are rules, they can be referred to and you have better compliance.
I knifed no one at the last game I saftied a couple people but the culprit your looking for is frost a whole different kind of sneaky lol and yes we were rolling as a sniper team its what we do and because of the ghille I get team killed a TON by people who can't or don't bother to see who's on their team before the game starts I agree with mj just make the effort to be obviously on one team or the other.
If your on the roster but not going to make it out I would like your spot. Please
My spots up for grabs heading to the beach on this weekend
Spitter, your spot is mine
Hopefully you meant quitter, however if that auto corrected to that how often do you use spitter?
Spitters are quitters

Airsoft insurance waivers are good until March, 2014. To fill out the airsoft waiver at Paintball Station, go to the "Events" page, scroll down half way to "PBS Airsoft Waiver". You can either print out a copy or I'll have them here. Remember, my insurance requires full seal / airsoft approved eye protection and full face protection for players under 18 y. o.
