I started this group to share and enjoy the fun of Irish dance with other adults who always wished they could learn, but thought it was too late too start. We get great exercise, with care for safety, fitness, and technique. We perform at community events, and laugh and have a good time. If you enjoy the dance, you're Irish enough!
