Hey Meetup Leaders,

I have received several requests to have another Meetup on "How to grow your Meetup membership". So i think it is a good idea to have this event twice a year.

1) Member Meet & Greet (Starts at 6:00pm)
2) Collaborative Networking
3) Featured Presentation (Starts at 6:30pm)
4) Short Q&A for Featured Presenter(s) (Starts at 7:00pm)
5) End Meeting (End 7:30pm)

I can't wait to meet everyone, hear about your experiences, and share ideas on how to make the Meetup experience an unforgettable one.

***We really need starting such mtgs 2get the ball rolling, as w/ MANY specialty topic mtgs I've seen&done,attendance is often not immediate,but grows over repeats as folks see it's really happening

  To help out as a good member &do what I can to boost this event's attendance, just I manually sent an alert of it via Greet to each of the 31 closest members I could find, which turned out to be most members less than 40min drive away.
  *The greet I made&sent was of the form (from this real example)

  *Computing that list of nearby & interested members, sorted by distance, was hard, the real work (besides the manual labor of Greeting each mbr); in the next comments I'll detail how I computed it & which members.
  **From the 1st 4 pages(80 mbrs) of http://meetup.com/SoC... (time visited back to "Last visited over two months ago") then adding some of 1st 3 pgs (50mbrs) of http://meetup.com/SoC... (thru no-connection) (marked #), all sorted by increasing driving time from the mtg location (by OC Airport), gave me this list which I break apart in comments since I can only fit 1000 characters/comment.
