Fish Anaheim Lake

We are HEAVILY stocking EVERY Thursday morning at both Anaheim Lake and Corona Lake and our trout season has really started out with a huge success. The stocking of the beautiful Sierra Bows has been enthusiastically received by our Fishermen. These full colored beauties have flesh as pink as Salmon and are truly the closest thing to a wild trout. They are grown in earthen streams, high in the Sierra Mountains and are subjected to ice cold water and all the same environmental conditions, as a wild trout would experience. Sierra Bows are very tough fighters and fantastic table fare; everyone has been raving about the quality of these trout this season. But that's not all, we also stocked some larger beautiful golden Lightning Trout and some hefty hook jawed Rainbows. It just doesn't get any better than that...But yes it does, because a lot more of these golden beauties will be stocked this season.

How was the fishing and how come they aren't stocking the lake anymore? I thought it just opened up this year are they shutting it down already? I've done really good at Laguna Niguel although it's a bit more to fish.

I didn't go it was raining and another friend of mine cancled so I went to work instead. I'm not sure why it's closing. Gerardo might know why. Chuck and I was at Laguna last new yrs. day. It's a pretty cool lake.

They won't be stocking Anaheim lake any more. Last time it was stocked was before Thanks Giving. This will be the last weekend its open. The low price of $13 is to help fish the lake out...I've gone 3 times this year...the shore bite is done by 7:30...Then slightly picks up around 2:00. I just think you might have a better time at Corona Lake...Trout Opener for SNAL is next weekend...

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
