I can do either perm or contract for these jobs.

Title is UI Developer, but the focus is on Javascript

Hourly rates and salaries are very high.

I need server side Javascript Developers - Any Node would be a huge plus

Basically, we need experienced software engineers that have lived within the confines of the browser , getting javascript, css and html to work together to build strong application

I think someone with a background building application interfaces for desktop apps that has moved on to doing the same for web based apps, is ideal. If they have handwritten javascript (rather than generate it via something like GWT) is ideal, though folks building apps in GWT are potential candidates too. We are finding with our own staff, that we can develop the javascript/webapp skills within a project, but developing engineering discipline has been less successful.
