Yeah! It's that time of the year again to shoot Yosemite with its winter coat! We will be celebrating the wonderful winter in Yosemite for three nights.
Plan to get to arrive on Friday; Saturday we'll go into the park, do some site seeing, photography and maybe some hiking or snowshoeing depending on conditions. The park also offers a Ansel Adams photo walk every Saturday morning at 9:00. On Sunday we can either going back into park or find good photography near our accommodations. We'll drive home on Monday. There is no limit to winter photography in Yosemite!!! You can plan your own adventures as well. Park entrance fee is $20 (per car) but good for the whole time we are there.
We are staying at the Yosemite Bug Hostel, in a co-ed house that sleeps 10. The beds have sheets and blankets but a sleeping bag is not a bad thing to bring for extra warmth if needed. There is a full kitchen so you can cook if you do not want to eat out each day. The café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The cost is $115 for the weekend for accommodations. We'll arrange carpooling as we get closer to the event.
The RSVP will be wait listed until I receive a check for the full $115. Once you RSVP, I'll send you an email with mailing instructions for the check. You will be moved to a full Yes RSVP upon receipt of your check. The space is limited to 10 people, so send you money in quickly if you are seriously interested in attending this event.
