Introduction
I am the president of the Orange County Space Society and have been interested in space exploration and science since I was very young, growing up during the Apollo race to the Moon. Getting kids interested in space is key to all of our futures.
What interests you about science?
One of my favorite quotes is from Carl Sagan where he says that "Science is a candle in the dark." I absolutely agree with this philosphy and wish that more people would adopt it in their everyday lives instead of basing their beliefs on things like mysticism or astrology.
Why did you join The Science Café?
To keep abreast of, and participate in, the discussion about science and space exploration.
How did you hear about The Science Café?
