Wine, Dinner, & Science: Nuclear Fuel/Waste Reprocessing

Located between San Onofre State Beach and San Onofre Surf Beach is San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. SONGS provided 1/5 of the power to over 15 million people in Southern California. It's now decommissioned due to cooling-system wear problems.
