Hello Joy, for a workout so fun it doesn't seem like a workout consider playing beach volleyball. Often 30 -40 men/women show up for a fun way to meet warm friendly people. Some of us play one day on a weekend and others play twice a week for a more balanced workout. I meet about 30 men/women visiting here from Sweden, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland I want to visit in a year or two. Francesca returns to Hamburg in June wants to have fun here. Greg returns from Switzerland soon.

Hi! How are you?! I want to personally invite you to our FREE Redondo Beach FitClubs that happen all week. We have dodgeball games, yoga on the beach, stair club, hiking clubs, run clubs, etc. It is a great way to come together with healthy, fit, and attractive individuals and have a blast while working out.

Hi Joy, I notice your interest in fitness. I'm host of a group that plays beach volleyball Wednesdays after work from 4:30 to sundaown. We have 18-25 show up most of the time for a fun challenging workout. I also play on weekends. Last Sunday I went sailing with a friend on his 41 foot cross trimaran. I may teach a friend or two to paddle a canoe in local harbors where homes are more visible like Long Beach, Huntington Harbor, Newport Beach or Mission Bay in San Diego. Take Care
