This is a beginning yoga class to build a strong YOU in the most fundamental of asanas (movements): meanings of meditation, classical sun salutations, how to breathe as the body was built to with pranayama, and more. Whether you've practiced yoga for years, or are just beginning your journey, this class will give you a refreshing perspective of yoga as it relates to you, your unique alignment, stability, and groundwork.
For those with injuries or past traumas, all are welcome to message Queena privately to consult with her on safety before attending this session. She also welcomes any other questions about yoga in general!
Please wear light layered clothing, and bring the following: water, yoga mat and towel. Cost of class is per donation of any gift or amount valued for yoga instruction.
