Welcome to SoCal Rheumatoid Arthritis and Autoimmune Support Group! 

Our group currently serves areas in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties of California. Anyone with any form of autoimmune disease is welcome to join our group, as well as family members and friends.

Our pee r-run support group is where you can feel comfortable sharing your journey through life with an autoimmune disease. We want to listen with open ears and open hearts, as all of us understand to a degree what you are going through. We want to learn from each others’ experiences and reassure you that you are not “the only one.” The purpose of this group is to form relationships with others who are in the same boat with us, in order to gain support, information, and friendships.

Our group will be hosting a variety of meetups including general support get-togethers, water exercise classes, holistic healing workshops, as well as events designed just to get out and have fun. Be sure to check out our calendar for a complete list of events, classes and seminars.

In addition to meetups, we want to promote an active online community. Dealing with autoimmun e symptoms can be difficult and we know from experience that sometimes we don't feel well enough to attend every meeting. For times like these, our group provides a private online environment for sharing, support, venting or whatever you feel like chatting about. Check out our message board forums and always check in with the group to participate in a discussion, polls or even post an idea for a meetup.
