Hello Kate I know you are interested in the Monrovia Peak hike, but I am only taking people I have hiked with before - no exceptions. It is a bushwacking venture and pretty steep, so I am cautious. But we have many hikes posted and know the local area well. You might be a great hiker - perhaps come with us to Mt Wilson sometime.

My panda picture was taken in the Wolong panda preserve in southwest China almost 10 years ago. Unsure if they still allow pictures that up close and personal with the pandas anymore. If you ever visit China, hopefully you can get one too.
