Are you a scuba diver, free diver, or snorkeler looking for more opportunities to dive or snorkle with someone and/or with a group?  Or are you interested in becoming a certified diver and/or simply someone who would like to participate in a variety of dive-related activities from exploratory to preservation to conservation diving and related events?  Well, this group may be for you.  This group is for those of us who enjoys and appreciates the underwater world either as a snorkeler, diver, or simply someone who loves our oceans and waterways; this group is open for anyone in Southern California who would like to become a member.

     This group will be a place for people to post dive-related events, find dives to join, and to plan/organize day dives, night dives, multi-day dives, live-aboard and travel dives, overnight camping dive trips, etc.  It's also just not about fun ocean dives either, even though all types of diving can be fun.  This group will be a place to have informal skills review and education dives for those interested, plan group specialty certification courses, plan preservation and conservation events such as beach and lake clean-ups, both from the shore and underwater, kelp restoration, sea life preservation efforts, etc.  

     So join up and become a member!  The NDL and the depths of the oceans are our only limit!
