Jim: By the way, who did you train with for Malibu? Did you do a lot of base training? --David

Jim: Sorry for the delay in response. This was a huge weekend for our Half Marathon. Yes, we are going on to train for the LA Marathon, starting with new people at ground zero. Malibu tri is a great endurance event. Congratulations. This Saturday, we start with an easy 40 minute run. We have paced groups from 8 minutes per mile to 16 walk only, and every one minute in between, + water stations. Let me know if you have any questions. We also have a rare pot luck this Saturday. --David

Glad you were able to make it out for the hike, picnic and educational portion of our evening! But really, you missed dessert. That's grounds for excommunication from the Eastside Foodies! Heh heh. Hope you had a good time!
