I thought the presentation was excellent to show what is possible to find out about people visiting a website with Analytics. One screen showed nations, states in America and cities visitors customers are in. Another showed where changing a page or two that prevented access to page(s). One example showed where with some checking a blog referral to a site generated about three times as many visits.

This was my first meeting. It was an excellent presentation for those in the know. Unfortunately I'm new to building a website and using WordPress so it was a little beyond my reach. Hopefully I'll learn. Thanks

Thanks to everyone who made it out to last night's Google Analytics with WordPress event and braving the horrible traffic on Santa Monica Blvd.

I too have a problem with the distance especially given the rush hour crowd. Is there anyone interested in carpooling from Burbank?

Hi Saba and Rebecca - Meetup's terms of service actually require that meetup groups formed through them meet up in person. Virtual groups aren't allowed. I think they might be willing to look the other way once in awhile for a virtual meeting, but it's not something we'd get away with on a regular basis. If there are certain days/times/locations that work better for you, just let us know! You can message me privately if you wish. We are trying to move around regularly to give everyone a chance.

I would love Skype meetings. The locations so far have been a distance to get to for me so far.

Malcolm, Natalie, Would you be interested in holding this meeting over Skype with screen share? Just a suggestion if finding a time/location is difficult.
