This is a group for all ladies interested in getting fit, staying fit, meeting awesome women and having fun while doing it. I started this group to help any women interested in having a healthy lifestyle, whether you have been at it for years or are new to fitness. Our events are centered around social fitness activities that get your heart rate up, but are so fun you can't wait to meet up for the next event. (Think dance fitness-salsa, line dancing, pole dancing, cycling, rock climbing, tennis, yoga, Crossfit, etc.) We look forward to helping you find your niche or break through the fitness plateaus.
