We start at Cooley's Landing Marina, a circular route around Fort Lauderdale, including Sailboat Bend, Tarpon River, Croissant Park, Poinciana Park, Harbordale, Rio Vista, Las Olas, the beach, Victoria Park, and Downtown.... The ride will end at TAP 42.
Pace 17-25+++ mph and up with the goal to increase our speed and strength.... ...The route is about 15 miles, with several sprint points during the ride... total riding time 1.5 hours+... the ride itself, not counting the camaraderie at Tap 42 immediately following, should end around 9:30
We meet at 8:00, pedals at 8:15, if you expect to arrive later, we can be intercepted easily. MNPR group should arrive at Las olas/A1A between 8:45/50 , 20 minutes later the group departs 711 on Bayview/ Sunrise
Please note there are 6 designated stops on this ride:
1. Davie/ SW 9th avenue
2. Federal/ SE 15th street
3. A1A/ Las Olas (as soon as all are gathered we have 20 minutes to LEAVE 711)
4. Bayview 711
5. Federal/ NE 4th street
6. Tap 42
The stops are so that we can regroup from each sprint point.

All types of bikes and riders are welcome, you'll know if it's for you if you try it... As always please be equipped for safety (lights are the law) and prepared for flats and other possibilities.
