Our November Lean/Kanban speaker is Janice Linden-Reed, a globally active coach and consultant who has extensive experience helping teams adopt Kanban for the first time.
"We keep hearing about the Kanban Method but we don't hear a lot about why to use it. This talk is about risk in software development projects and how the principles and practices of kanban can make your life (and your development) easier."
