The introduction of two-way communications has introduced numerous complications and ethical ambiguities. In this environment, organizations are constantly experimenting and learning what works, making social media a fascinating space.
I've been running, evaluating, and researching online campaigns since 1998. While doing a doctorate in the UK, I often attended Birmingham's Social Media Cafe. Michael Kim and I liked the idea so much, we decided Toronto needed one too.
The group is its members. The members rock. Therefore the group rocks.
