What triathlon events (swim, bike run) experience do you have and what do you hope to get out of this group personally.

Swim ~3x a week (~1500 meters each session) Cycle {mountain bike} 2x a week (10 miles and 1600 foot vertical gain each session. Some rides, longer.) Trail runs ~3x a week (~5-9 miles each session) Goals: I would like to get my running distances up


I'm hoping to do and have been training to do a Xterra style triathlon.
