This is a great experience for beginning rafters and fun for anyone looking for a great time on the water!

We also now rent funyaks for $35.00!

We are planning for the 9 am rafting departure so please arrive early at 8:30am. Also..this trip all depends on mother nature...so watch the posts. I will update the week of our trip with a final post on the day before... after I have called the VRR to verify USGS water levels. Thanks! Hoping for some fun in the sun and a splashing good time. ;^)

Yes we are still going. Talked to the rafting owners..we have about 3.5 feet gauge to raft in. If you still intend to carpool, you can meet Jim at the East Peoria Walmart . There are atleast two vehicles driving from there.

Do we need to bring our own gear or can you rent it at the site?

Hey gang, Mike here. I don't know about you...but I am getting pretty stoked about this event. If we keep getting the rain, we will have one heck of a ride!! Fun! Fun! Fun! We have about 37 people signed up to go so far so it will be a splashing good time if we have the water levels. I will post more here as we get closer to our date. :)~Mike
