Swing Dance: The Love Dogs AND Eight to the Bar (yes, you heard right)

All music, no breaks, ending in a two-band finale.

The Love Dogs
Led by the crazy and charismatic Ed Scheer, along with a red-hot horn section, barrelhouse boogie-woogie piano, stinging Fender guitar, and a swinging rhythm section, the Dogs combine elements of jump blues, New Orleans R&B and early rock ‘n’ roll into their own powerhouse sound.

Eight to the Bar
Eight to the Bar is one of the finest, most energetic bands this side of the Hudson (and one of our most popular). Drawing its musical influences from American roots music – swing, boogie woogie, rhythm & blues, soul, Motown, Eight to the Bar is known for its outstanding instrumentalists and sophisticated musical and vocal arrangements, highlighted by their double female vocals.

$20 cover charge for lessons and dance.

I so want to go tonight and start my swing lessons! Unfortunately I may have to delay my desire to "swing" till the next meet-up! There's a 75% chance I won't make it tonight. :-(.

if you have a spot in your car or you need a ride, please post it here. I'll be walking over from Belmont, so if you would like to walk with me, let me know, but I have no ride to offer this time.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
