In this intro class, we'll have a quick discussion on effectiveness, safety, and dance-walking techniques, before heading out for a 30 minute dance-walking session.
All ages, body sizes, and tacky workout-clothes welcomed & encouraged. Set up a dance playlist on your MP3 player and make sure it's fully charged. Are we trying to confuse passers by? You bet!
