Social Fun Message Board › notloB Parlour Concerts @ the Loring-Greenough House, JP
|A former member||
Greetings from a new Social Fun but long time MeetUp member.
Since June 2, 2007, notloB has presented close to 100 folk, old-time, string band, Celtic and acoustic blues concerts to audiences throughout the greater Boston area. Our primary venue is the historic Loring-Greenough House (built in 1760, 40 intimate seats, unplugged) in Jamaica Plain. The concerts are volunteer-run and not for profit. 100% of the patron donations go to the artists and production expenses.
A suggested minimum donation (varies by concert) is requested. Your donations cover venue rental, publicity and other production expenses. Sometimes there are shortfalls, so extra donations are gladly accepted. If you cannot afford the suggested donation amount, consider volunteering! JP Licks provides coffee and Fiore's Bakery provides pastries.
I hope the Social Fun organizers will see fit to create a meetup, but note because the capacity is 40 RESERVATIONS TO NOTLOBRESERVATIONS@GMAIL.COM WILL BE REQUIRED.
See you soon!
