We are meeting at the main entrance/door at 10 am!
In case of heavy rain this event will be cancelled. Light rain won't effect us!
I've been told that the horse-drawn wagon ride still doesn't have a price yet. Last year it was $5 and this year it might be a few bucks more...
Climb aboard our horse-drawn wagon with the Friends of the Ansonia Nature Center (FANCI) as we clip-clop over hill and meadow. Listen to the history of the park and maybe a scary story or two. You can try your hand at pumpkin carving, get your face painted, make some creative crafts, and learn about the wild animals associated with All Hallows Eve. Enjoy some fresh-squeezed apple cider, sample our delicious cinnamon donuts, and take home some fresh homemade baked goodies. All proceeds will benefit the Nature Center’s programs and wildlife rehabilitation efforts. RAIN or SHINE. No park admission fee. Call us for more information at[masked]-1053. MARK YOUR CALENDAR!
