Denver Social Media: Increasing Customer Loyalty and Referrals

This year, we’ve talked about social media’s role in:

• Generating new leads and attracting new customers

• Converting leads to sales

• Customer Retention strategies

Now, let’s go one level deeper and understand more about the role social media plays in creating “brand loyalty” and generating referrals from those clients and customers we’ve successfully brought through our sales funnel.

Join us as always for structured knowledge exchange led by Webolutions, professional networking, speed tips and of course, breakfast treats from My Favorite Muffin and Peet's Coffee SouthGlenn.

Joyce - I know you don't have the technical setup to participate as a panelist on our HOA to Continue the Conversation, but you might like to participate and comment during the live Event, or watch the recording:

This is a very "Social" group! Good because the subject deals with Social Media and what a wonderful tool it is to market, to engage and retain customers and once in a while, put out a fire.

I think two books that set the stage for the level of engagement we are discussing are, Bobos in Paradise by David Brooks and Tribes by Seth Godin. Referrals and loyalty both have a social component to them and these books explain the demographics and motivations behind them.
