Last Fri Pub Crawl descends into the netherworld of Beats and Beatniks and takes over North Beach on the 29th of August. The fee is $1 for meeting some of the Meetup costs.

Meeting Place: Horizon
We meet at Horizon between 7.30 and 8.30 pm. This place has Happy Hour from 5 to 8, so if you want to feel happy earlier, feel free to get there(some of us are also planning to do the same). Horizon(Broadway@Kearney) is probably the easiest place to get to in North Beach by both Muni and BART(Montgomery St.).

Place 2: Saloon
After that, we walk down Broadway, turn right on Columbus and turn right again into Grant and enter the Saloon, supposedly the oldest Bar in the City, where the doorman told me that it is "always happy hour". After drinking it up till 10pm, we will check out the following 2 Bars in the next block of Grant Street in quick succession:

Place 3&4:

--- Grant&Green: They have beer pongs EVERYDAY till 8 pm. Do I need to say more?
---- MaggieMcgarry: They have a band playing on most nights.

Place 5: Mojito Cafe

We will finally stumble into Mojito Café(in the same block) and swing to its famous Live Latin Jazz . This is SF, not Chicago, but we can surely say

    Great job with the photos, Stan. However, how did you allow the pic(No.6) of a random guy to be taken with SF Wine&Dive lovelies like Diane and Satty?
