RX for Doctors: Take 2 EI Competency Pills per Day and Call Me in the Morning

Are your doctors listening to you? Do they let you interact in a way that you feel acknowledged and respected? Are your family interventions welcomed or pushed aside? Doctors need to bring emotional intelligence competencies to the forefront of daily practice.

Join SoEI-NY as we explore the key social management skills needed for high quality care of patients and families. Using the Boyatzis and Goleman EI framework, Lynne Davidson, Ph.D. will share research studies and information learned through coaching relationships with doctors at all levels and across multiple specialty areas.

Lynne is a Clinical Professor and Head of Organizational Behavior and Change at NYU. She is also the President of Davidson Coaching and Consulting with a unique blend of expertise in business, academia, and the professional fields of law and medicine.

Bring your own concerns and issues to the forum to discuss the Emotional Intelligence training your doctors need and how we can proactively change the medical practice today.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
