Hi Jeff,

I enjoyed the discussion and meeting you all.  I realized that I have other plans for next Monday, so I will miss the education discussion.  I'll catch you another time.

Monday's discussion probably deserves more attention. John suggested this and referenced an example in his post on the message board. I agreed (quite verbosely) and added some more examples. Please check them out here.

For next week, we decided to take a look at the education system. Jim posed the question, "how should schools be changed?" Maybe some foundational questions are things like - what do we expect from a school?, what are we willing to pay to make sure a school can meet our expectations?, how do we determine the success of a school?

If you haven't come out to a meeting yet, please consider it. The more points of view we have, the better the meeting turns out. Plus, it's a great place to meet - good coffee and a great atmosphere.
