Shiva's Valentine New Year Feast

Hello Everyone, This is the private meetup invitation to the magical pre-opening party. We are casually celebrating the Chinese New Year of the Tiger, Valentines Day and Shiva's Birthday on this Sunday the 14th. We will be open from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. We serve food until it runs out!

If you're so inclined to venture out, to give your curiosity some satisfaction, then give us a looky loo. You'll be able to catch a glimpse of food making, wall painting, music making, and our crew in action. The atmosphere is magically set in the future where you can find Indian food gone raw in a city they call "Cow Town". Indeed, the cows will take back this town with a little help from all of us who care enough to support an all plant based establishment using locally grown organic food, purified water, composting and recycling. It's an art Ladies and Gentleman, the Art of Love.

Shiva's Valentine Feast for the New Year Proudly honors our Guests Ishita and Ajay for their kindness, generosity and authenticity taste testing!

The Raw Living Menu:

Tiger Eye Treats- Cashews, date caramel, chocolate truffle
Mango Lasting Drink- Sunny mylk, mangoes, aromatherapy spices
Shakti Chai- Cacao, maca, macuna, noni, goji, sunny mylk, agave, dates
Sunny Dahl- Srouted sunflower, sundried tomatoes, spices, cilantro, avo, carrot
Rose Rise Pulao- Energized rose water, shredded jicama, raisins, cashews
Greens Paneer- Massaged chard, collard, cashew paneer, spices
Sunpower Chat- Sprouted Sunflower and mung, spices, dates, tomatoes, chilis,
Indian Spicy Pizza- Choice of mango or cilantro chutney, raita, coriander, and anything on the menu that can fit on this super tasty spicy crust!
Cashew Raita- Cashew cream, cumin, cucumber
South Indian Cilantro Chutney- Cilantro, coconut, spices
Mango Chutney- Fresh mango, dates, spices
Monkey Knuts, a crazy taste of Ishita's personal recipe!
Saffron Pistachio Kulfi (This is that amazing cashew ice cream you keep hearing about)

Each item will be offered ala carte and in combo specials from $4-$8 dollars.
Our Hours will be from 5:30pm-9:30pm.

    Heidi & Jeremiah, I wanted to thank you for the wonderful time Ajay & I had at this meetup. I feel grateful and blessed to be able to take part in this wonderful, love filled, magical event. For the first time in my life I actually felt and experienced what it is like to be on the other side of the COUNTER! This experience has made me ever so grateful to all the folks that serve me food!     Delicious live food and kind people. It was interesting to be a part of the puja. Timeliness of event needs to be improved. However the food was worth the wait. Some people had to leave do to other commitments and missed out on the food.

    I had the Indian Spice Pizza, Greens Paneer, & Tiger's Eye. I loved them all! The restaurant space is cozy, and I love the warming colors that you chose! I can't wait to visit when you are officially open to try your other dishes! Well done you all!
