We are reading Seeing Nature by Paul Krafel. Free copies are provided to those who attend the session. Our practice mirrors that presented in the book and entails close, mindful observation of nature.
We'll start this session by reading the chapter 'Seeing through the Eyes of Animals' out loud. We'll follow that reading with 10 minutes of mindful observing nature practice and then return to share our experience with the group. Finally, we'll share ideas about how to integrate mindful observation of nature into our daily routines.
