The AZ legislature wants veto power over the policies of the Arizona Corporation Commission. What about the constitution? The ACC was designed to be separate and independent from the other branches of government in AZ.

This and other ACC issues such as how to get renewable, sustainable - friendly people elected to the ACC should be the subject of future meetings of interested MeetUp groups.
