Early Bird Sole Runners Chi Running & Yoga Full / Half Marathon Training Program


Week 12 - Halfs run 2:00, fulls run 3:20

Option for Early Birds!

We will offer an additional Early Bird 6:00 start along with our normal 7:00 start. Get started on your weekend early, beat the heat or whatever you might want to do! Except for Active Recovery Week, we will offer an option for a 6am start. Mentor Keith and one or two other mentors will be running with the early birds. Note: This is the no frills version: There will be no Training Focus, pre-run drinks or yoga specifically for the early birds, however you might be able to join the regular half marathoner's yoga after your run and enjoy post run snacks & drink.

Our regular session still starts at 7:00

We are on our longer runs - fuel & stay hydrated! Don't forget your sunscreen!
