Solutions for the Mind, Body & Soul is the trading name for Doug Buckingham, who is an experienced and qualified therapist working out of Greenwich, London.
The idea of forming a meet up group has come about it is a highly appropriate time to help like-minded people on a spiritual journey of discovery to connect with each other on a more regular basis. I have been organising a few events in my studio space for a while now and the increasing popularity of these events and the people who facilitate them has made me feel that its important to make some of these events open to a wider audience.
The long term vision of Solutions for the Mind, Body & Soul is to be help build and be part of a world-wide community organisation of extra-ordinary integrity that promotes self-improvement and empowerment, using a wide range of simple and effective techniques and healing modalities, that are especially potent for issues of self-belief, freedom from the past, accessing one's fullest potential and creative abilities and making postivie and lasting change in the world.
We believe that our long-term vision links closely with that of many other communities and organisations and will help assisting the people of this planet move onto the next stage of the evolution of human consciousness.
On a world-wide basis, our long-term vision is already in progress as we are working closely with our partner organisation The ARK Foundation of Malawi (registered small charity in the UK www.arkfoundationmalawi.org) and we will be assist them them more closely over the coming months and years in the early stage of their journey.
On a more local basis, we are simply looking to help like-minded people connect with each other. A lot of the workshops and events offered here are spiritual in nature, healing oriented etc and hopefully some of these will re-acquaint those who come with the very techniques and modalities of self-improvement and empowerment that many of us are looking to integrate into our every day lives.

Some of the events that we host on this site are free, some donate the proceeds to charity, and some are straight forward paid for events.
