Are you a woman who loves to sing, perform, receive weekly vocal training, and meet new friends? Then Song of Atlanta Show Chorus is for YOU! Leave the family at home and come join us every Tuesday evening. We are a fun-loving group of musicians who love to sing together and perform for the community. If it sounds exciting, then what are you waiting for? We can't wait to meet you!
We are a 501(c)(3) organization and a chapter of Sweet Adelines International - a world-wide organization of women singers who sing four-part a cappella harmony. We rehearse regularly and membership is by audition. You don't need to be able to read music but you do need to be able to sing your part independently after having time to learn it. We offer many tools to help members prepare for performance and competition and our fabulous Musical Director, Becki Hine, shares her expertise every week. Our repertoire includes many genres: barbershop, Broadway, jazz, and pop music! We have exciting stage costuming and choreography! And we are serious about our craft!
