Enjoyed all the performers and the ease of the Firewheel patrons coming and going as they wished. Firewheel is a great space.. like Mike said.. it feels like a big living room with a wall of books! Paul, great job for your first showcase..your song of getting rid of personal demons was very well done. Look forward to seeing/hearing all of you again. Shameless plug: Our, Released From Quiet, CD release show is this Friday, July 19th at SoulFood CoffeeHouse in Redmond. SoulFood recently changed ownership from Clint McCune and Sara Pelfrey to Kevin Oaks and Anita (Makia) Ensley ... this could be the perfect time to come and meet the new owners & be "Released From Quiet" at the same time!

Ditto for me. It was my first showcase. I appreciated everyone's talent, Ed's work in hosting the event, along with Firewheel's accomodations. I will thank Mike (Firewheel) again next time I see him.

if there is need for a performer / host I can do that. but I don't know what being the host entails esp. in terms of equip. Also if there is no host then will the Showcase is still go on?

Gary, we're good to go as Ed Moda agreed to host. Thanks for the offer though!

The announcement that was sent out was supposed to be for this one, not August 10th. Sorry about that! The correction has been made - we still have open slots and need a host for July 13th.
