I would say mostly piano, although I don't feel proficient at it. I played flute for 10 years, and I had voice lessons, so those were my main instruments, and I don't feel profient enough yet to say I "play" piano; I can't play piano like I can sing or could play flute.
Again I don't feel proficient enough yet to pass a judgement, but I would probably say words. As a kid I took lots of writing classes, and enjoyed writing short stories. While I got lots of music lessons, I didn't get music lessons that really taught me writing music.
A little bit of both. Again, my lack of ability or feeling like I lack ability to play a chordal instrument is a hinderence, but some day I would like to be able to perform my own music. I would also love to see someone else play my music.
I would love to have a songwriting partner. I find I feel like I am writing the same song over and over so a partner could really help to mix things up and get new ideas.
I would like more songwriting experience, and I would love to get some of those songs recorded into an actuallized publishable work. There is more that I would love to learn, but I think getting to the point of having good quality recorded material is more important right now. Then I have something to work with.
