Introduction
Played professionally for many years - swing, bluegrass, klezmer and other world musics. Started writing my own material these past seven or eight years and it's taking shape. There are a couple videos on my site.
What instrument(s) do you use to write your music?
Piano mostly, but I also use guitar, violin, viola, mandolin, and digital/virtual instruments
What comes easier for you - words or music?
Hard to say - sometimes one, sometimes the other
Do you imagine yourself or someone else performing your songs?
Both. Hearing other people perform my songs would be very interesting.
Are you interested in collaboration or finding a songwriting partner?
Sure, if the right project emerged.
What areas of your music experience are you wanting to improve? e.g. songwriting, marketing, networking, recording, airplay, gigs, etc.
