For how many years have you been running or walking?

I've been running for 15-20 years. I began racing in triathlons in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2006, qualifying for Boston in my first marathon. I teach ChiRunning all over the Bay Area. Feel free to check out my website for more details:

How many miles do you run or walk each week?

Approximately 25-30 miles per week.

Where is your favorite place to run/walk?

Along the beach in my home town of St, Andrews in Scotland. I get back there about once a year and running on the beach is one of the first things I do when I get home.

What intrigues or inspires you about ChiRunning and ChiWalking?

ChiRunning has helped my running immensely and my knee pain disappeared overnight after doing my first ChiRunning private class. Landing mid-foot, increasing my cadence and letting gravity do the work are the main ChiRunning focuses that have helped me. I look forward to helping you to run with less effort and injury-free!
