I've been running for 15-20 years. I began racing in triathlons in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2006, qualifying for Boston in my first marathon. I teach ChiRunning all over the Bay Area. Feel free to check out my website for more details: www.bodyflows.com

Along the beach in my home town of St, Andrews in Scotland. I get back there about once a year and running on the beach is one of the first things I do when I get home.
ChiRunning has helped my running immensely and my knee pain disappeared overnight after doing my first ChiRunning private class. Landing mid-foot, increasing my cadence and letting gravity do the work are the main ChiRunning focuses that have helped me. I look forward to helping you to run with less effort and injury-free!
