es trips - we don't host music festival meetups. We're game for multi-group trips in the future, as long as the primary focus is hiking/backpacking/camping.

I got your message. Numina only offers the one 1-hour class, on Wednesday evenings. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing. We will provide the mat. When you arrive, explain your situation to Shannan, and she will respond accordingly. If you like, you could come maybe 15 minutes early to speak with Shannan, or whoever the teacher is.
