If you never have experienced the Weight Watchers method, now is the time.  Weight Watcher's focus on lifestyle changes vs. rapid weight loss.  Come join me!  We weigh in, attend the meeting and then leave to hike around Shiloh with any others that want to join us and share our results!




If you are still planning on coming to join us for the first time I just wanted to let you know if you are new to Weight Watchers you will need to get there earlier then 8:20.  I think they suggest at least 20 minutes early for them to talk to you.  Go ahead and sign up on Weight Watchers on line and indicate that you are coming to the Friday 8:30 meeting at the Mendocino location.  You also will need to stay after for about 30 minutes so you probably won't be able to hike after the meeting your first visit.  The hike is when we discuss our individual results and what is working for us so that's too bad but the 2nd week you will be able to head out with us to the hike immediately after the meeting.

The weigh-in is prior to the meeting at 8:30.  We will meet around 8:20, weigh in, attend the meeting and session for newcomers after the meeting and then head to Shiloh for hike!  You will need to sign up on-line at http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/mtf/index.aspx 

or use the link in the discount email that I will forward to you.   A great morning focused on LIFE STYLE CHANGES!  We should be finished by 9:00 to head over to Shiloh for a 9:30 am short hike.
