Taste of Alexander Valley (Sunday Only)

The 17th annual Taste Alexander Valley is the major event produced each year by the Alexander Valley Winegrowers Association.  I like this one because the food parings are almost as good as the wine.

The Meetup is planed for Sunday only but feel free to buy a 2 day pass if you want to do your own thing on Saturday and then join the group on Sunday.  I'm thinking of meeting at Trione @ 11 on Sunday, but we may need to change that a bit as things progress.  Make sure to check the comments section the day before the event.  You need to buy your own tickets for this event, see below for rates.  Click here to buy:

On Saturday and Sunday, May 17 & 18 over 25 wineries will host their own special wine and food parties offering wine and food pairings, live entertainment and special weekend wine discounts. One ticket gets you access to all the parties! Come and experience the best of the casually elegant wine country lifestyle that makes the Alexander Valley a premier international tourist destination!

Weekend Pass – $65 per person in advance, $75 at the door
Weekend Pass (designated driver) – $20 per person in advance, $30 at the door
Sunday Only $45 per person in advance, $55 at the door
Only (designated driver) $15 advance, $25 at the door

Aloha all; This is Hula/Indie Tom.
Remember that Sebastiani winery has started their Friday evening Wine , food & dance events at 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. It is on East fourth st. in Sonoma. And on the last Friday of the month they will have the best bands for listening & dancing & about 5-6 gourmet food trucks in the parking lot. It is very well attended so get there early. Sit by the fountain or on the lawns or bring chairs, go inside, or just walk around like I do.
I also have special 2 for 1 tasting passes when I am there or doing one of my wine hikes Or bike & wine tours, etc.
